Yes. We coordinate with venue staff, follow all venue guidelines and confirm logistics — arrival time, load-in access, ceiling restrictions — during the planning phase.

Do you handle removal after the event?

Yes — every booking includes post-event removal. We return after your event to take down all installations cleanly and efficiently.

How far in advance should we book?

For most events, 4–6 weeks gives us the best design runway. For large or complex installations, 8 weeks is ideal. Rush bookings may be possible — reach out and we'll confirm availability.
