FAQ | Pop & Party Events — Balloon Décor Albany NY

Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For most events we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. For large corporate installations, grand openings, or peak seasons (holiday parties, spring galas), 6–8 weeks is ideal. Reach out as early as possible to secure your date.

Question 2

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we require a deposit to hold your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule are outlined in your proposal. We accept multiple payment methods and will confirm details during the booking process.

Question 3

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms are included in your event agreement. We recommend reviewing them carefully and reaching out as soon as possible if your plans change — we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when timing allows.

Question 4

Can I book for a same-week event?

Accepted Answer

Rush bookings may be possible depending on availability and installation complexity. Contact us directly and we will let you know what is feasible on short notice.

Question 5

Can you match our company brand colors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we color-match to Pantone, CMYK, or hex values. Share your brand guidelines and we will source balloons that align with your identity. Custom color matching is included in every corporate proposal.

Question 6

Do you offer custom shapes or logos?

Accepted Answer

We can incorporate branded elements, custom signage, and logo displays into installations. For complex custom shapes, we discuss feasibility during the design consultation.

Question 7

Can I see a design before the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every booking includes a custom design proposal with a visual concept, color palette, and layout before you commit. We refine the design based on your feedback.

Question 8

What balloon styles do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer organic balloon garlands, classic round-balloon arches, balloon columns and towers, balloon walls, ceiling installations, and table centerpieces. We recommend the best style for your venue and event type during the consultation.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every booking includes professional on-site installation and post-event removal. Our team arrives early, installs to spec, and returns after your event to remove everything cleanly.

Question 10

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the design. Small installations may take 1–2 hours; large corporate or multi-area installations can take 3–5 hours. We confirm timing during the planning phase and coordinate with your venue.
